DELIVERY CHARGES FOR RETURNING ITEMS

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
Should you wish to return or exchange your order for personal reasons including a change of heart, you will be responsible for any postal charges relating to the return.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

You can request a return or exchange within 10 days from the day of purchase by emailing us at info@tholia.gr with the following details:

Order Number which can be found on your order & dispatch emails.
The hat(s) you want to return
Your contact details
and we will call you within 1 working day to arrange the return.

Please note that the package must be returned to:

Kindly note that the return cost is at the customer’s expense & the hats must carry their tags and be unworn. We will refund the cost of the purchased products in full.
